The rooftop High Bar and lounge at Hotel San Luis Obispo offers views of the surrounding hills and downtown. Those who book qualifying midweek hotel stays in SLO can take advantage of a $100 gift card promotion through March 31.

A deal offered through San Luis Obispo’s tourism industry will give those who book midweek hotel stays $100 in gift-card value.

The limited promotion is valid on new bookings for travel dates between Feb. 1 and March 31, 2022.

To receive a gift card, guests must book and stay for two nights from Sunday to Thursday.

The offer is available to the first 500 who claim reservations.

Here are the steps to participate:

Book a minimum two-night midweek stay at one of San Luis Obispo’s qualified lodging properties from Feb. 1 through March 31, 2022.

Forward your new booking confirmation email to info@visitslo.com to see if you qualify as one of the first 500 stays. Make sure to check blackout dates and other rules and regulations prior to sending in your entry.

Arrive in San Luis Obispo and head to the Visitor Center at 895 Monterey St. to choose an itinerary and receive $100 in gift cards to local businesses.

There are five itineraries — with themes including wine, art, family fun and other categories — that participants may choose from, with four $25 gift cards.

Itineraries align the different businesses with the designated theme.

People will get to see the themes before choosing, so they can match their interests.

They are all available to view at visitslo.com/the-midweekend/, plus more information about the program.
