Wacker Wealth Partners announces top management changes
Bob Wacker, founder and chief executive officer of Wacker Wealth Partners, is turning over the day-to-day management of the firm to two partners, effective Jan. 1.
He will remain chairman and chief investment officer, expanding his individual work with clients.
In addition, the company is moving early next year into a larger space at 892 Aerovista Place in San Luis Obispo.
Ryan Caldwell, who has been a lead adviser and partner, will become CEO, leading the firm’s executive committee.
Bryan Krill, who has been chief operating officer, will become president. He’ll continue to be in charge of the firm’s service operations, including trading, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
The management changes are the result of a strategic planning process begun two years ago, taking into account the firm’s growth and the “increased complexities of the financial markets,” Wacker said in a news release.
