There was no jackpot winner in California, but check your tickets: There were 57,693 winning tickets, according to the California Lottery. One ticket sold at a Shell station in San Jose had all 5 numbers but no Powerball and was worth a cool $781,679; another top California ticket worth $59,442 had four numbers plus the Powerball.
Meanwhile, the Mega Millions jackpot has grown to $542 million for Friday night's drawing.
