Vegetation fire reported in Shasta Lake

A 1-acre vegetation fire was reported on local scanners in Shasta Lake on July 1.

According to the Watch Duty app, the Vista Fire was located on the 18000 block of Vista Pine Lane, and moving at a slow rate of speed.

Scanner traffic reported that crews had secured access to the fire and that it was "holding at 1-acre."
