There’s nothing like a enjoying a basket of chips, salsa and a margarita under the summer sun at happy hour. But what local Mexican food spot is a cut above the rest?
SLO County is blessed with an abundance of Mexican food options, which is why we ask our Tribune readers to weigh in on their top spots. We started with a poll focused on North Coast and North County Mexican food eateries, which closed on June 2.
Next, we want you to decide the best Mexican food in San Luis Obispo and the South County by voting in the next round of our poll.
From there, we’ll take the top five finishers from each region and face them off in a final showdown for SLO County’s favorite Mexican restaurant.
