Negranti Creamery opens second SLO County location — and 2 more are on the way
A popular North County ice cream company has opened a second Paso Robles location.
Negranti Creamery, which is known for using sheep’s milk in its frozen treats, opened a new scoop shop at 1211 Pine St. on May 27, Alexis Negranti, the company’s owner, announced on Instagram.
“My heart is so full,” Negranti wrote May 27.
“When I dreamed up this shop my wish was to curate a space that was bright and beautiful,” she wrote. “A special space where families and friends come to feel happy, to celebrate, to turn a not-so-great day around, to acknowledge a good grade ... to make memories. Our desire is that y’all love this shop as much as the love we put into it.”
According to Negranti, Negranti Creamery signed the lease for the new space in the fall of 2020.
The new ice cream shop — located around the corner from Street Side Ale House — celebrated its grand opening on June 10.
Negranti Creamery opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Tin City in south Paso Robles in 2017 after selling ice cream wholesale and at events for years.
In addition to the new Paso Robles location, the company plans to start serving up scoops at two other San Luis Obispo County locations.
Negranti Creamery is slated to open a third location at San Luis Obispo Public Market at Bonetti Ranch, which is under construction with plans to launch this summer.
A fourth San Luis Obispo County location is planned for a new shipping container development in downtown Atascadero and will likely open in mid to late July, Negranti said.
