Celtic punk band Flogging Molly will perform this summer in Paso Robles.

The Irish-American group will take the stage Aug. 4 at Vina Robles Amphitheatre. English folk act Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls will open the show.

Flogging Molly’s songs include “Drunken Lullabies,” “If I Ever Leave This World Alive” and “The Worst Day Since Yesterday.” They have appeared in the movies “Leap Year,” “P.S. I Love You” and “Spotlight,” among others. The band recently released its first new single in six years, “The Hand of John L. Sullivan.”

Tickets for Flogging Molly’s Aug. 4 concert cost $35, and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday.
