Beatles tribute band is coming to Vina Robles Amphitheatre. How to get tickets
Here comes the sun — and here comes The Fab Four, the Beatles tribute band that will perform at Vina Robles Amphitheatre in August.
The Fab Four: The Ultimate Tribute pays homage to the legendary British band, transporting audiences back to the magic of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr.
The band is scheduled to hit the Paso Robles stage on Aug. 15, and tickets go on sale June 19 at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster.
During the performance, fans will hear classic favorites like “Can’t Buy Me Love,” “Yesterday,” “A Day in the Life,” “Penny Lane,” “Here Comes the Sun,” “Hey Jude” and many more, according to a news release.
Portraying Lennon is Ron McNeil, who has performed around the world, including in Japan, Hong Kong, Argentina and before an audience of more than 30,000 people in Brazil.
Gavin Pring as Harrison was born and raised in Liverpool, England — the birthplace of The Beatles. With a resemblance to Harrison, Pring’s natural wit and charm have earned him acclaim around the world, even having shared the stage with McCartney himself.
As Starr, Erik Fidel is a self-taught musician from Sacramento who has been captivated by The Beatles since childhood. Since then, he’s traveled the world as a multi-instrumentalist, performing drums, bass, keyboards and guitar with various touring groups.
Rounding out the four is Ardy Sarraf, who’s been acclaimed by both Beatles fans and critics as one of the finest musicians to portray the youthful McCartney, the release said. He’s also shared stages with other musicians like Bruce Springsteen, Micky Dolenz and John Fogerty.
The Fab Four is also known for its PBS special, “The Fab Four – The Ultimate Tribute” which won an Emmy Award and four Telly Awards in 2013 for the band’s live performance at Pechanga Resort Casino Theater in 2012.
