SSR Haru Urara (Power) Stats And Skills
While this Power version of SSR Haru Urara might seem like a worse version of her original SSR Guts card, she instead has a different way of accruing extra stats. Since Urara cards don't have hint skills, doing a hint training instead gives stats. For Power Urara, she has a chance of giving triple the overall stats from a hint event, unlike her Guts version. Coupled with this card's 60% bonus to Hint Frequency, Power Urara can output a serious amount of stats for career scenarios focused on facility training.
Unfortunately, Trackblazer limits the number of trainings per run because race participation is the primary priority. However, Power Urara might be used more effectively in future scenarios.
| Featured Gold Skill | Effect | |
|---|---|---|
Hard Worker | Moderately increase acceleration for a medium duration when trying to pass another runner. (Late Surger) |
| Event Skill | Effect | |
|---|---|---|
Long Shot ○ | Moderately increase performance when 4th favorite or below. |
SSR Ikuno Dictus (Stamina) Stats And Skills
Stamina Dictus is a peculiar card to begin with. At the surface level, the card looks pretty good for Trackblazer: 30% Friendship Bonus, 10% Race Bonus, and a Training Effectiveness unique perk that scales better throughout the career. However, her featured gold skill quite literally takes away what a Stamina card tries to build, which is counter-productive.
| Featured Gold Skill | Effect | |
|---|---|---|
Keep Going! | Greatly consume endurance mid-race and greatly increase velocity. (Late Surger) |
For long tracks, taking the gold skill only makes sense if your trainee has a lot of surplus Stamina, which is already difficult to achieve for the distance involved. On the other hand, the gold skill is more effective on shorter tracks where Stamina is often at a surplus, but using Stamina Dictus for Sprint/Mile training sounds terrible in practice.
| Event Skill | Effect | |
|---|---|---|
Full Throttle | Greatly consume endurance mid-race and moderately increase velocity. (Late Surger) | |
Trick (Rear) | Slightly increase fatigue for rushed runners ahead when positioned toward the back mid-race. |
| Hint Skill | Effect | |
|---|---|---|
Late Surger Savvy ○ | Moderately increase ability to get into a good position. (Late Surger) | |
Calm in a Crowd | Slightly recover endurance when surrounded mid-race. | |
Be Still | Slightly recover endurance when positioned toward the back upon approaching mid-race. (Late Surger) | |
Position Pilfer | Slightly increase velocity mid-race. (Late Surger) | |
Late Surger Corners ○ | Slightly increase velocity on a corner. (Late Surger) | |
Studious | Slightly widen field of view with heightened observation mid-race. (Late Surger) | |
Sharp Gaze | Slightly startle other runners late-race. (Late Surger) |
Should You Pull Analysis
SSR Haru Urara (Power)
Strength
- High Skill Point bonus
- Decent stats for training
- Strong stat output from hints
Weaknesses
- No relevant skills to obtain
- Worse performance in Trackblazer
- No Specialty Priority
- The free SSR Guts version is still highly competitive
Power Urara might find little use in Trackblazer, but she has decent potential as a SP-generating Power card in future scenarios. The card has a +2 SP bonus whenever she participates in training, plus an extra 2 SP whenever her hint event appears. Because of this, she can accumulate hundreds of SP over the course of a career beyond Trackblazer.
In the meantime, her Guts version appears to perform better in Trackblazer due to the potency of Guts training, ultimately reducing the immediate value of Power Urara.
SSR Ikuno Dictus (Stamina)
Strengths
- Well-rounded stats for Trackblazer
- Strong skills and hint levels for spark farming
- Potent gold skill for short-distance tracks
Weaknesses
- No Specialty Priority
- Stamina-type is counterproductive
Stamina Dictus might possibly have the worst card type to carry her gold skill, which is unfortunate for Late Surgers who seek access to it. [Keep Going!] is an excellent Late Surger mid-race speed skill with the downside of consuming almost a gold skill's worth of recovery. This skill is ideal for Sprint and Mile tracks, where stamina is often at a surplus, and the skill's negative effect is barely a downside. Tragically, this is a stamina card, which is far from ideal for a deck meant for a low-stamina run.
Rating
SSR Haru Urara (Power) - 3.5/5
SSR Ikuno Dictus (Stamina) - 2/5
F2P Value - Low
