Player hits ‘holiday miracle’ slot jackpot on Sacramento-area casino

A gambler at a casino near Sacramento hit a $140,000 jackpot on a slot machine, casino officials reported.

The player hit the progressive jackpot on the Dragon Link slot machine at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Wheatland on Thursday, Dec. 18, the resort said in a Facebook post.

The gambler from Vallejo scored the jackpot on a $25 bet.

“It’s a holiday miracle!” the casino said.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is at 3317 Forty Mile Road in Wheatland, about a 35-mile drive north from downtown Sacramento.
