The Arroyo Grande High baseball team beat Pioneer Valley 4-1 in Pioneer Valley on Tuesday to remain undefeated in the PAC 8.
Anthony Bautista was 2 for 3 with two runs, and Brayden Pinkerton was 2 for 4 with a double and a run.
The Eagles (12-6, 9-0) took an early lead in the top of the first inning, scoring two unearned runs on a groundout by Steven Self.
Arroyo Grande added two more runs on a sacrifice fly by Self in the third inning and an RBI single by Ryan Teixeira in the fifth inning.
Cole Ramey pitched 5 2⁄3 innings, giving up one earned run.
Paso Robles 10, Mission Prep 0
Mark Armstrong led the Bearcats offense, going 2 for 2 with a double and three RBI.
Jonathan Baldwin added a two-run single, and Nolan Binkele pitched five innings in the shutout for Paso Robles (14-4, 7-2 PAC 8).
Matt Bosshardt had a double for Mission Prep (3-13-1, 0-7).
Atascadero 3, San Luis Obispo 1
Karson Block had a triple and a run, and Nolan Meredith had a sacrifice fly for Atascadero (7-11, 5-4 PAC 8).
Meredith pitched a complete game, allowing two hits and one earned run with seven strikeouts.
Ben Lemeire had a sacrifice fly for San Luis Obispo (9-8, 2-7), and Connor Maydole had a double and a run.
Templeton 10, Orcutt Academy 3
The Eagles broke open a 3-3 tie with 15 hits after the fifth inning while Mac Lardner pitched a complete game with seven strikeouts and two earned runs.
Justin Altamirano had three hits, two RBI and two runs for Templeton (9-9, 5-2 Los Padres League).
Scott Rigdon, Shane Wyatt and Jared Briltz added two hits and an RBI each for the Eagles.
Santa Ynez 9, Morro Bay 0
J.J. May and Calvin Hilliard each had a single, and Parker Cyr had a pair of strikeouts, one earned run and one walk in 4 2⁄3 innings for Morro Bay (6-12, 1-5 LPL).
Coast Union 15, North County Christian 0, 5 innings
Chase Volz pitched all five innings with nine strikeouts and added two RBI for the Broncos. Alex Stoothof went 4 for 4 with two doubles and four RBI for Coast Union (6-8, 5-0 Coast Valley League).
Paso Robles 5, Righetti 2
Madison Romero pitched seven innings with seven strikeouts, and Becca Twyman was 2 for 3 with three RBI for the Bearcats.
Paso Robles scored in the first on a Chloe Kerns RBI single before capitalizing on an error and a bases-loaded walk to score three runs in the fourth inning.
Crystal Linn added three runs and went 2 for 2 for the Bearcats (11-5, 5-1 PAC 8).
Arroyo Grande 14, St. Joseph 0, 5 innings
Logan Nunes was 4 for 4 with five RBI, and Kacie Burger added a two-run home run in the fourth inning in the Eagles’ home win.
Julie Lewis pitched all five innings with four strikeouts and was 3 for 3.
Arroyo Grande (8-3, 5-1 PAC 8) also had Sam Oliver, Nataliee Parrish and Lexi Silva with three hits each.
Templeton 13, Orcutt Academy 1
Sydney Barlogio had two doubles, three runs and three RBI, and Ashley Ingle had two RBI and a run to lead the Eagles (5-12, 3-4 LPL).
Shaylyn Coy pitched a complete game with six strikeouts, two walks and three hits.
Morro Bay 10, Santa Ynez 4
Kendall Schemmer led the way for the Pirates (8-10-1, 5-2 LPL) by pitching a complete game with 11 strikeouts and three runs and scoring twice with two RBI on offense.
Fallon Molnar had three RBI and three runs, and Kayla Merrill had a run and an RBI.
Nipomo 7, Santa Maria 4
Kate Russell had a bases-loaded triple to lead the Titans (8-10, 4-3 LPL) over the visiting Saints.
Saundra Renner went 2 for 3 with a double, and Kiesa Romero and Gennae Abatti each went 2 for 3 at the plate as well for Nipomo.
Coastal Christian vs. Cuyama Valley
The Conquerors won via forfeit because of scheduling conflicts for Cuyama Valley.

Jack Avrit shot a 73 to medal for Arroyo Grande (12-1, 11-0 PAC 8), and Conner Sandman and Tristan Bergman-Lagano each shot a 77 at the par-72 Cypress Ridge Golf Course.
San Luis Obispo 424, Paso Robles 428
Andy Eppright shot a 78 to medal for the Tigers (10-3, 8-3 PAC 8) at the par-72 Hunter Ranch Golf Course.
San Luis Obispo’s Coleman Godfrey shot an 82 and Casey Leebrick had an 84.
Greg Potruch had the low score for Paso Robles with a 79, and teammate Zach Smith had an 83.
Righetti 407, Mission Prep 424
Stephen Orradre shot a 74 to lead the Royals at the par-72 Dairy Creek Golf Course.
Nico Aurignac had a 78, and Righetti’s Brandan Pita was the medalist with a 70.
Atascadero 404, Pioneer Valley 506
Atascadero’s Cooper Armas was the medalist, shooting a 2-over 74 at Chalk Mountain Golf Course.
The Greyhounds also had Brandon Erickson and Hugh Bunte shoot 80 apiece.
San Luis Obispo 16, Pioneer Valley 2
The Tigers swept in singles as Noah Cleere didn’t drop a game while Guillermo Bonnett and Alex Dill won by identical scores of 6-2, 6-0, 6-1.
Chase Braun and Pablo Caminada added a sweep in doubles for San Luis Obispo (17-3, 10-0 PAC 8).
Arroyo Grande 15, Paso Robles 3
Joseph Goryance and Tyler Tencati swept 6-0, 6-1, 6-0 in doubles play as the Eagles (12-8, 7-2 PAC 8) beat the host Bearcats.
Patrick Angle and Joe Watson won 6-0, 6-2, 6-0 in doubles, and Austin Bricker took two sets in singles play.
Mayer Pohlad won two singles sets for the Bearcats.
Righetti 10, Atascadero 8
Brendan Adams swept 6-1, 6-0, 6-0, and Dean Menigoz won two of three for Atascadero (12-6, 5-3 PAC 8) in singles.
Templeton 11, Morro Bay 7
Templeton received nine of its 11 points from singles, as Jarred Hall didn’t drop a game, while Chaz Darrow and Niles Hemmingway each closed out their final two sets without dropping a game.
Orcutt Academy 13, Nipomo 5
Jon Johnson swept his singles sets 7-6 (7-3), 6-1, 6-3 for Nipomo (1-10, 1-9 LPL).
Arroyo Grande 3, Righetti 0
The Eagles won 25-22, 25-19, 25-22, led by Keanu Morrison’s 15 kills, seven digs and two aces.
Ronan Paulsen had 11 kills and five blocks, and Sasha Bylsma had 19 assists, four blocks and four kills for Arroyo Grande (18-6-2, 8-0 PAC 8).
Mission Prep 3, Paso Robles 0
The Royals won 25-18, 26-24, 25-17 as Paul Tompkins had 18 digs, 15 kills and three blocks. Sean O’Connor had 21 assists, eight digs and four blocks, and Spencer Garner added nine digs and seven kills for Mission Prep (11-6, 4-5 PAC 8).
Santa Maria 3, Nipomo 0
Daniel Lavery and Noah Banks had four kills each as the Titans (1-9, 1-5 LPL) lost 25-12, 25-23, 25-22.
