The Paso Robles High football team beat Righetti 40-12 on Friday night as Mark Armstrong had two rushing touchdowns, and Tristan Durfee had a 99-yard kick off return for a touchdown.
With the field covered in standing water for most of the game, the Bearcats were limited to running the ball as Christian Erickson caught the only touchdown pass from Justin Davis to close out the half up 13-0.
Paso Robles’ defense didn’t give up a touchdown until halfway through the fourth quarter and then once again in the final seconds of the game.
Bryce Pasky added two field goals for the Bearcats (9-0, 3-0 PAC 5), who go for a perfect regular season next Friday when they conclude their PAC 5 season at home against Atascadero.
