Kathryn Sedley and Kaylie Griffen had 12 kills apiece as the Atascadero High girls volleyball team defeated visiting Paso Robles 3-1 on Tuesday night by scores of 30-28, 18-25, 26-24, 25-21.
Sabrina Degnan added 22 digs, and Brooke Harbottle distributed 40 assists for the Greyhounds (12-12, 6-2 PAC 8).
“We stopped missing serves,” Atascacero coach Rachel Woods said. “That put the pressure on (Paso Robles).”
Kalyn Armstrong had 11 kills and nine blocks in a losing effort for the Bearcats (11-8, 3-5). Coleen Wiest notched 30 assists, and Kiara Gable chipped in with nine kills.
San Luis Obispo 3, Righetti 1
Callie Hamari had 35 digs and seven aces for San Luis Obispo to help secure the 23-25, 25-15, 25-19, 25-18 victory.
Holland Boege had 18 kills, and Kaitlyn Kimball had 13 kills for the Tigers (17-5, 7-1 PAC 8). Setter Sage Kelley had 24 assists.
Templeton 3, Santa Ynez 0
Lucy Portillo had 13 kills, two blocks, and led a quartet of players with nine digs that included Sarah Bolts, Molly Schaner and Julie Cates in the Eagles’ sweep.
Lauren Ralston had nine kills, and five aces, while Elsa Stysko had eight kills, and Josi Kelly added 39 assists and two aces as Templeton won 25-16, 25-22, 25-18.
Morgan Lawson had six kills and four blocks for the Eagles (11-1, 8-0 Los Padres League).
Morro Bay 3, Santa Maria 0
Keana Alden had 20 assists and six digs to help lead Morro Bay to a 25-17, 25-19, 25-15 win. Sierra Emrick had 14 digs, 11 kills and four blocks for the Pirates (7-4, 6-2 LPL).
Cabrillo 3, Nipomo 2
Gwen Menane had 13 kills and three blocks in Nipomo’s 25-20, 24-26, 25-23, 23-25, 15-10 loss.
Kendra Jackson had 42 digs, four kills, and three aces for the Titans (1-12, 1-8 LPL). Lacy LeBlanc had 33 assists, five aces and two kills. Jourdan Reynolds had 23 digs, four kills and two aces.
Coast Union 3, Cuyama Valley 0
Sage Radecki led Coast Union with 23 assists in the 25-8, 25-16, 25-11 win.
Olivia Zamora had seven kills, and Janel Bohey had eight aces and five kills for the Broncos (9-4, 7-0 Coast Valley League). Gigi Stoothoff had eight aces and three kills.
North County Christian 3, Coastal Christian 1
Aliyah Morrison had 20 kills and four blocks, and Janelle Honeycutt added 15 digs and four aces in North County Christian’s 25-8, 25-17, 22-25, 25-21 win.
Gabrielle Morrison registered 31 assists, and Hannah Flaten added four aces for the Crusaders (16-8, 6-1 CVL).
Ronnie Garrison had 14 kills for Coastal Christian (3-5, 3-4), and Delanie Springer had 48 digs.
Mission Prep at Arroyo Grande
The match was rescheduled for Oct. 27.

Victoria Thek won in straight sets, dropping just one game, while the doubles team of Amy Newman and Charlotte Holt won 6-2, 6-2, 6-0 in a home win for the Greyhounds (12-5, 7-3 PAC 8).
Templeton 9 (77), Morro Bay 9 (73)
The doubles team of Lauren Shin and Kailey Keohen swept 6-2, 6-0, 6-0, leading Templeton to a win over Morro Bay.
Mili Proft won two of her singles sets 6-2, 6-0, 0-6, and the doubles team of Payal Patel and Emma Grey won two of its sets 7-5, 6-3, 2-6 for the Eagles (4-10 3-7 LPL).
BOYS WATER POLO
Arroyo Grande 13, Atascadero 12
Conner Sandman had five goals and scored a penalty shot in the final two minutes to preserve the road win for the Eagles.
Sandman’s goal put Arroyo Grande up 13-11 before the Greyhounds scored in the final minute to narrow the gap and ultimately come up short.
Dylan Linnenkamp had five goals for Atascadero (8-9, 1-3 PAC 8), while Josh Smith and Josh Jewell added three goals each for the Eagles (8-8, 4-1 PAC 8).
San Luis Obispo 20, St. Joseph 5
Emerson Trout and Nick Walter had six goals each as the Tigers jumped out to an early 13-3 lead at halftime and never looked back.
Garrett Perkins added four goals, while Connor Troy had four saves and one steal for San Luis Obispo (13-3, 2-2 PAC 8).
Righetti 16, Paso Robles 6
Mitchell Iunker scored five goals in the road loss for Paso Robles (5-12, 2-2 PAC 8).

Neha Sikand was the individual medalist, shooting a 46 on the par-35 front nine at Paso Robles Golf Club to lead the Tigers (8-1, 5-1 PAC 8).
San Luis Obispo also had Lisa Figueroa shoot a 48.
Atascadero 296, St. Joseph 297
Morgan Humphrey shot a 50 on the par-37 front nine at the Santa Maria Country Club and was the individual medalist for the Greyhounds (2-3 PAC 8).
