Florida State signee Robbie Berwick had 19 points and six assists for the Greyhounds, and teammate Joe Johnson scored 16 points.
Morro Bay earns first victory
Morro Bay suffered a 78-61 loss to Caruthers in its first game at the Coast Union Invitational, but bounced back with a 44-33 victory over King City for its first win of the season.

Solomon Ruddell was dominant in both games for the Pirates (1-14), tallying 19 points, 11 rebounds and 10 blocked shots in the loss and then 13 points, 14 rebounds and eight blocks in the win over King City.
Marjoe Delacruz scored 11 points for Morro Bay against King City.
Arroyo Grande 48, Huntington Beach 39

Coast Union splits doubleheader
The Broncos fell 54-41 to Immanuel but beat Fairmont, 62-33, in the Coast Union Invitational.
Jez Lawson earned all-tournament honors for Coast Union (7-6), and Angel Avina scored 13 points against Immanuel.
Mission Prep 46, Bishop Diego 28
Noelle Laird had 10 points and 11 rebounds, including six offensive boards, to lead the Royals to victory in the Avalon Invitational title game.
Mission Prep’s I’Raya Smith was named tournament MVP, and Carly Colvin was named to the all-tournament team.
Templeton 59, Mission Oaks 45
Mari Stewart racked up 30 points and 21 rebounds to power the Eagles (8-1) to victory in the fifth-place game at the Tulare Mid-Winter Invitational.
Paige O’Sullivan had eight points, seven rebounds and five assists for Templeton, and Autumn Russell had seven points and seven rebounds.
Paso Robles drops doubleheader
Paso Robles was swept in two games at the Righetti tourney, falling 51-38 to Madera and 62-13 to Santa Barbara.
Gwen Lundy scored 10 points against Madera for Paso Robles (1-9), and Kailey Warren and Jamika Martin added eight points each.
Kristen Thompson led the Bearcats with four points in the nightcap.
Madera 38, Nipomo 29
Taylor Nevitt scored 14 points, but the Titans (2-10) lost at the Righetti tourney.
Sidney Aguilera scored six points for Nipomo, which shot 2 for 17 from the free-throw line.
Cuyama Valley 30, Coastal Christian 28
Roni Garrison had 10 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks, but the Conquerors (1-7) fell at the Valley Christian Academy tourney.
Amy Arnold had eight points and eight rebounds for Coastal Christian, which shot 2 for 14 from the foul line.
Paso Robles 1, Ocean View 0; Paso Robles 2, Morro Bay 0
The Bearcats ended up 3-1 and placed fifth in an eight-team tournament at Santa Maria High but lamented a missed opportunity to play in the championship game of a tournament at Santa Maria High.
Emilee Brown scored unassisted midway through the first half of the victory over Ocean View, which advanced to the tournament final despite the loss.
In the victory against Morro Bay, Karol Rendon scored twice on assists from Sydine Esser and goalkeeper Natalya Marcove, who accounted for six saves in the two matches.
Earlier in the tournament, the Bearcats (8-2) settled for a tie against Dos Pueblos, the other tournament finalist, but failed to advance after coming up short on penalty kicks.
Coast Union splits four tourney matches
The Broncos shut out Santa Maria 1-0 and Morro Bay 1-0 at the Santa Maria tourney, but also lost 8-0 to Dos Pueblos and 2-0 to Atascadero.
Paulina Torres scored for the Broncos (4-7) in both victories, with assists coming from Fabby Gonzalez and Cristina Plasencia, respectively.
Both shutout wins went to goalkeeper Kaelani Ribeira for the Broncos, who finished fourth in the tournament.
