Jessica Rouse was 2 for 3 with a double, and Mackenzie Messina 1 for 2 and walked once for Atascadero (6-4, 1-1).

The Greyhounds gave up four runs in the first three innings in the PAC 7 road loss.
Holden Nix gave up four runs on five hits and struck out three to pick up the loss in his first career start for Atascadero (6-4, 3-1 PAC 7).
The Greyhounds had four hits, one of which was an RBI single by Joe Johnson that scored Brian Kirkpatrick in the top of the third inning.
Morro Bay at Tulare Western Tournament
The Pirates (5-9) fell to Mission Oaks 11-1 and Golden West 13-5.
Morro Bay’s Connor McQuaid was 1 for 3 with an RBI against Mission Oaks, and Zach Smith was 4 for 4 with a double against Golden West.

Joey Hall was 3 for 4 with three runs scored, a triple and two RBI, and Trevor Fernandez was 2 for 3 with a double, three RBI and a two-run home run in the fifth innings as the Royals cruised in Santa Maria.
Michael Cardwell was 3 for 5 with a double, two runs scored and one RBI, and Eddie Fernandez was 2 for 4 with two RBI for Mission Prep (4-4).
