Prep Girls Volleyball: Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Templeton, Nipomo post sweeps

The Arroyo Grande High girls volleyball team rolled to a three-set sweep of Mission Prep on Tuesday, winning 25-20, 25-13, 25-21.

The Eagles (2-0) were down 10-1 in the first game and 7-1 in the second, rallying both times for wins.

Millisa Morrow had 11 kills, three aces and nine digs, and Danielle Mullery added nine kills for Arroyo Grande.

Meagan McQuigan had two kills, three aces and a block, Ashlyn Herlihy had five kills and three blocks and Alaina Hogeboom had 33 assists for the Eagles.

Noelle Laird had 11 kills to pace the Royals (1-2), and Grace Ready added six kills and four aces.

Natalie Brescia had 18 assists for Mission Prep.

Atascadero 3, Cabrillo 2

The Greyhounds (2-0) rallied to down the Conquistadores 25-22, 22-25, 22-25, 18-25, 16-14.

Kendall Featherstone led Atascadero with team highs of 14 kills and 30 digs. Katherine Sedley had three aces and 10 kills.

San Luis Obispo 3, Morro Bay 0

The Tigers (2-0) swept Morro Bay 25-13, 25-12, 25-19.

Erin Good had a game-high 13 digs to lead San Luis Obispo.

Ariel Becker was the Tigers’ kill leader with seven. Maggie Eppright handed out 24 assists.

Paso Robles 3, Lompoc 0

Molly Donovan had five kills and four aces as the Bearcats (2-0) swept the Braves 25-14, 25-11, 25-7.

Templeton 3, Pioneer Valley 0

Lindsey Wyatt had 19 digs, and Heather Fields had eight kills and four aces to lead the Eagles (2-0) to a 25-14, 25-21, 25-16 sweep of the Panthers.

Sydney Roth led Templeton with 14 assists. Autumn Russell had seven kills and 10 assists, Carly Roth had five kills and 16 digs and Zoe Bond added five kills for the Eagles.

Nipomo 3, Coast Union 0

The Titans swept the Broncos 25-13, 25-12, 25-15.

Karla Soto led Coast Union (0-2) with six kills. Any Avina had three kills and seven digs. Sage Radecki had team-high 14 assists.
