The Arroyo Grande High girls basketball team hit a combined seven 3-pointers as the Eagles defeated Arroyo 62-33 in the second round of the CIF-Southern Section Division 3AAA playoffs Saturday.
Brianna Flood and Lindsey Wolfe led the Eagles (22-5) with 15 points and both hit three 3-pointers. Wolfe also finished with nine rebounds, and Flood had four steals.
Heather Madrigal had 11 points and nine rebounds.
Alexa Wetmore had six assists.

Atascadero 66, Azusa 20
The Greyhounds led Azusa 21-2 after the first quarter and never looked back in the second round of the Division 3A playoffs at home.Mary Kate Evans led the Greyhounds with 22 points, and Emilie Boege scored 15 points for Atascadero (17-8).
Mission Prep 82, Fairmont Prep 49
Connor Storlie led the Royals (26-1) with 18 points as Mission Prep defeated Fairmont Prep in the Division 5AA playoffs on the road. Kaylee Williams added 14 points for Mission Prep, while Jenna Dunbar and Morgan Liebscher scored 12 points apiece.
The Royals had 20 team steals and 16 team assists.
Bri Harvey had eight rebounds.
“It was very distributed scoring,” Mission Prep coach John Krossa said, “There were four girls in double digits and one player at nine points.”
The Royals will play Aquinas in the quarterfinals Wednesday at home.
Templeton 70, Hillcrest Prep 40
The Eagles used a 27-point second quarter to down Hillcrest Prep in the second round of the Division 5AA playoffs on the road.
Mari Stewart led the Eagles (21-7) with 22 points and had 16 rebounds. Lauren Stuedemann added 10 points and six assists, and Brooke Stewart had eight points and eight rebounds.
St. Bernard 65, Morro Bay 39
Hannah Gilbert had 16 points and six rebounds as the Pirates (20-4) fell in the Division 4AA playoffs on the road.
Carli Watt added eight points, and Nicki Bloom had four assists for Morro Bay.
“I thought our girls played with a lot of heart but we were overmatched.” Morro Bay coach Cary Nerelli said. “It was a very tough division, we gave everything we had but it wasn’t enough.”
North County Christian 49, Cal Lutheran 43
Mandy Legault led the Crusaders with 22 points, and North County Christian defeated Cal Lutheran in the second round of the Division 6 playoffs on the road.
Legault had three of the Crusaders’ six 3-pointers, while Melat Zippi had the other three and 13 points.
Brianna Feld had 10 points, 11 rebounds, four steals and four assists for North County Christian (15-2).
Chloe Bergquist had five steals.
GIRLS WATER POLO
Arroyo Grande 11, Vista Murrieta 8
Katie Sverchek scored six goals, and Kylie Anderson had 17 saves in goal to lead the Eagles to the road victory in the quarterfinals of the Division 3 playoffs.
Hannah Kope scored two goals, and Madison Ochotorena, Katie Romine and Alexis Elias added one goal each for Arroyo Grande, which will play in the semifinals Wednesday at 1:45 p.m. at Irvine High in Irvine.
