Two local boys basketball teams and four girls teams received first-round home games when the CIF-Southern Section divisional playoff brackets were announced Sunday.
The Arroyo Grande and North County Christian boys will host games, as will the Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Morro Bay and North County Christian girls when the playoffs kick off this week. Four other boys teams and two other girls teams will open up on the road.
In the boys field, Arroyo Grande was awarded the No. 7 seed in Division III-AA and will host Newbury Park on Wednesday at 7 p.m. The winner will play either No. 10 North Torrance or Buena on Friday.
In Division III-A, Paso Robles visits No. 14 Oak Park with the winner advancing to face No. 4 Gahr or Antelope Valley.

San Luis Obispo and Atascadero will both be in Lompoc on Wednesday for Division IV-AA games. The Tigers take on Los Padres League champion No. 7 Cabrillo, and the No. 11 Greyhounds visit unseeded Lompoc.
San Luis Obispo, if it advances, would face the winner of No. 12 Lawndale and Estancia. Atascadero would play either No. 5 Cathedral or Monrovia.
Nipomo and Templeton are each on the road in Division IV-A with the Titans at No. 11 St. Monica Catholic and the Eagles visiting No. 15 Nordhoff. Should Nipomo advance, the winner between No. 5 Paraclete and Salesian would await. Templeton would play either No. 2 Crespi or Malibu.
In Division VI-AA, No 10 North County Christian hosts Cornerstone Christian, with the winner facing either Santa Clarita Christian or New Harvest Christian.
In the girls field, No. 7 Arroyo Grande hosts Northwood on Thursday in Division III-AA. The winner would play either No. 10 Jurupa Valley or Pasadena in the second round Saturday.
Paso Robles will travel to Santa Barbara, the No. 7 seed in Division III-A. Either No. 10 Irvine or El Monte would be the next opponent for the winner.
In Division IV-AA, No. 13 Atascadero hosts Cabrillo with No. 4 La Cañada or Corona Del Mar waiting to face the winner, and San Luis Obispo travels to No. 7 Antelope Valley, getting either No. 10 Rosary or Estancia in the second round.
No. 7 Morro Bay hosts Louisville in Division IV-A with the winner taking on either No. 10 Marymount or Crossroads.
North County Christian received the No. 1 seed in Division VI-A and hosts San Fernando Valley Christian on Saturday. The winner will play either San Jacinto Valley Academy or the winner of a wild-card play-in between Big Pine and California Military in a semifinal game the following Wednesday.
