The Nipomo High football team raced to a 21-0 first quarter lead en route to a 49-0 win over Morro Bay on Friday night.
Gavin Hall threw for two touchdowns — a 28-yarder to Jimmy Pineo and a 35-yarder to Tyler Diaz — and Antonio Navarro added two touchdown runs for the Titans (3-4, 1-0 Northern League).
JJ Ramirez ran for a touchdown and added a 45-yard punt return for a score, and DJ Sosa added a rushing touchdown.
Ramirez led the Titans with 136 yards rushing, part of the team's 294 yards on the ground. Hall had 87 yards passing.

Morro Bay (0-7) didn't cross midfield until the second half, and the Titans had six sacks on the night. Clem Ramiskal had two sacks, and David Leon and Andrew Hutchinson each had a sack.
"Everyone executed," head coach John Villa said. "And the defense played the way they usually do, which is great."
Navarro added 77 yards rushing, and Diaz had a team-high 59 yards receiving for the Titans.
