“It’s hard to win when your point guard turns it over nine times,” Blair said. “But (Koutras) turned it around and played solid for us.”West Hills was held to 13 points on 23 percent shooting in the first half.
The Cougars will play Merritt College of Oakland in the consolation final today at noon.
“On paper we’re the favorites,” Blair said. “But (today) is going to be a difficult test against a very athletic team.”
