The 2013 schedule for the Cal Poly baseball team was announced Wednesday, highlighted by home series against Notre Dame and Seattle and nonconference road trips to Washington and Kansas State.
The Mustangs will open the 2013 season by visiting San Francisco for a three-game series beginning
Feb. 15, followed by a single Feb. 18 game at Santa Clara before opening the home schedule with a three-game set with Seattle on Feb. 22.
Cal Poly will visit Washington (March 1-3) and Kansas State (March 8-10) before hosting Notre Dame (March 14-16) to wrap up nonconference play.

The only teams on the schedule that advanced to the 2012 NCAA Tournament are defending Big West Conference champ Cal State Fullerton and Pepperdine.
The Mustangs will play a 27-game Big West schedule, with home dates including Cal State Fullerton,
UC Davis, UC Riverside,
Cal State Northridge and conference-newcomer Hawaii. Cal Poly will travel to UC Santa Barbara, Long Beach State, UC Irvine and Pacific, and will host the Gauchos on March 22 and 24 in a non-Big West series.
Twenty-nine of the Mustangs 56 games will be played at Baggett Stadium for the second consecutive season, with no doubleheaders.
The Mustangs will host midweek games against Holy Cross (March 5-6), San Jose State (March 12), Pepperdine, Santa Clara and CSU Bakersfield. Cal Poly will face the Spartans again in San Jose on April 2, the Roadrunners in Bakersfield on April 9, Cal on April 23 in Berkeley and at Pepperdine on May 1.
