North County Indians sweep baseball doubleheader

The North County Indians improved to 3-0 on the young summer collegiate baseball season with an 8-2, 7-3 sweep of the Oakland Expos.

In the opening game, Ryan Raslowsky was 2 for 3 for the Indians with three runs scored, and former Atascadero High standout Tanner Thompson had a triple and a run scored.

In the nightcap, the Indians broke open a 1-1 game with six runs in the bottom of the sixth inning.

Mike Livingston was 2 for 3 for North County with an RBI, and former Templeton High standout Evan Peterson pitched five innings, allowing one run on two hits with two strikeout and no walks.
