We live in Los Osos and are so fortunate to be able to have a plot in the community garden in downtown Baywood Park.
When the garden opened three or four years ago, there were waiting lists of green-thumbers wanting to try their hands at gardening. Since then, folks have come and gone, leaving about eight plots available.
The garden land is located behind The Baywood Inn between Second and Third streets.
If you are not aware of this wonderful resource available to grow your own vegetables, please call the garden manager at 528-7262 for information.

We also have a picnic at the garden on the first Sunday of each month in order to share our knowledge and get to know one another.
