Efforts toward peace

Hart Junge and Dick Blomquist - Paso Robles

    ORDER REPRINT →

July 07, 2014 09:55 AM

Among the many articles of current world conflicts and war, we also read editorials and opinions to the same problems. The battles, which are currently waged, have destroyed whole communities and taken too many lives.

There are many organizations in place looking for alternatives in our troubled world. In our small community in Paso Robles, two of us who have witnessed war firsthand in World War II are meeting to keep issues of war and peace alive in our discussion. Hart witnessed the bombing of Dresden, and Dick was a World War II pilot. Join us to keep peace perspectives alive (pasopeacecircle@gmail.com).

Small efforts are always fruitful.

We have a socialistic Democratic Party made up of a group of elitists who hide their need for big experiences under a veneer of false compassion, says Larry Bargenquast of Paso Robles.
