Regarding your piece on the dead whale that washed up on the beach: It was reported that the humpback whale was “too decomposed to do a necropsy,” yet you went on to report that it “might have been tangled in netting.”
“Might” it also have died of natural causes, or “might” it have been attacked by killer whales? Animals live and die every day in the ocean; just because one happens to wash up onshore, it does not always have to be blamed on man.
