I’m not a resident of Morro Bay, but I read with interest of the concern over a possible shortfall in its annual budget; in the same article it is proposing spending up to $70,000 to an outside source for a water study. It seems to me that Morro Bay could save $70,000 with a phone call to the Cambria Community Services District.
In the June 9 edition of The Tribune, it appears the Democrats in Sacramento are concerned with ways to spend the surplus for the state. I would suggest just two words — save it.
