Call the House

People who agree with writer Fred Campbell regarding daylight saving time (Nov. 6), should contact Lois Capps.

It was the House of Representatives that extended DST by several weeks a few years back without much, if any, advance notice. That same body can modify it once again if there is public demand. Lots of people share Mr. Campbell’s view. I, for my part, contact Representative Capps twice a year — every year — asking that one plan or the other be selected: standard time or daylight saving time.
