Buried on Page A7 of the March 26 Tribune was a small notice that the country of North Korea has set all its missile and military units on high alert to be ready to hit South Korea, the U.S., and Hawaii and Guam. What are they thinking?
And has anyone in Washington, D.C., taken notice of this news item? Considering the recent history of North Korea, perhaps we should take note and maybe even respond with a threat of our own? Or have we already quietly done that?
