Charles Krauthammer still doesn’t get it.
In his column (Nov. 9) on conservatism’s future, he lists “strong” GOP governors but says “Chris Christie is currently in rehab.” For what? For working with the president for the welfare of his constituency? For committing the apostasy of then praising the president’s actions?
Clearly, Krauthammer’s chief concern is for his own political philosophy (or is it a theology?). I couldn’t care less. This country has serious problems that only legislative compromise can solve. Chalk me up as a member of this demographic: a citizen who loves his country and wants to be proud once again of the way it works.
