Warner Bros. can well afford to help the shooting victims in Colorado pay for their medical expenses and/ or funeral expenses. What great PR that would be.
Regarding handheld electronic devices and headphones, insurance companies should not cover medical expenses for injuries these “addicted” individuals inflict on themselves.
I’ve had to honk my car horn to keep from being T-boned by a pedestrian who was deep into texting; he’s lucky I saw him first. The horn only stopped him for a few seconds, and he continued walking and texting like I was in the wrong.

Paper or plastic: Why not save a tree (which help clean the air) and charge 10 cents per plastic bag? That amount would have more people recycling.
And for our “overworked” Legislature, giving themselves pay raises — pooh! We voted them in; why aren’t we allowed to say when they can have a pay raise? They get more perks for free; the general public doesn’t. I pay for my gas and medical insurance. Don’t know of any job where you just give yourself a pay raise when you feel like it. Besides, they’re all millionaires. They don’t need or deserve it.
