Amidst the tragic shooting in Aurora, Colo., was the highly professional press conference conducted by Chief of Police Dan Oates, Gov. John Hickenlooper and representatives from the District Attorney’s Office, FBI and ATF.
The police responded within a minute and a half, apprehended the suspect and isolated the suspect’s residence, and the emergency medical personnel responded in a very efficient manner. Additionally, counseling services were provided to victims of this horrific event.
The community of Aurora can be proud of how their emergency responders dealt with this crisis.
