I hope everyone can see the foolishness of this proposal.
In America, our government should not favor believers over nonbelievers, nor adherents of one religion over any other. This is the essence of freedom of conscience.

I’m embarrassed to have to point out the obvious, but we should be teaching our children how to live in the real world by teaching them facts, and there are very few facts more soundly established than the fact of evolution.
