California has one functioning nuclear power plant: Diablo Canyon. It stores its toxic, deadly radioactive nuclear waste on site. Is this our legacy to future generations? I was arrested in front of Diablo Canyon in 1978 and went to jail because they did not know what they would do with their waste.
