I can’t help but wonder what the people who drive in San Luis Obispo think the yellow light is for.
I drive through two intersections every day on my way to and from work: Foothill and Santa Rosa, and Madonna and Higuera. Almost every time, someone runs the red light!
I always thought the yellow light was caution, you need to stop soon, but it appears that people speed up just to make it through. Some even keep going when the light is red.
I bet if the city installed traffic cameras at those two intersections, the fines would be enough to give our police officers and fire personnel raises!

I just hope that the next person who races though these intersections does not hurt anyone I care about!
