I understand the need for reasonable accommodation. I don’t understand the need to tear up every street corner on Spring Street at the start of summer and replace what existed with ugly, mismatched brick; or build curbs where none existed, just waiting for people to trip over; or worse, replace these corners with something that already existed.
And that money paid to the ex-police chief? It should have gone to repave our broken down streets.
