In two short weeks, more than 80 professional musicians will descend upon San Luis Obispo County to participate in the 45th season of Festival Mozaic.
These musicians come from all over the country and regularly perform internationally.
From July 16-26, they’ll be performing in concerts all over the county — from orchestra to chamber music, from choral works to crossover fringe.
Every single one of these musicians — plus their spouses and, often, their family members — are staying in private homes. All included, an astounding 141 people associated with the festival will be staying in private homes.

I want to publicly acknowledge and thank all the local families who are opening their doors to our musicians.
We could not do it without you and we are deeply grateful!
We hope that you enjoy your time with the musicians and that you enjoy the concerts. I also want to thank our housing coordinator, Prudy Lovtang, for her outstanding work securing these homes and cultivating these relationships for us.
San Luis Obispo should be proud of its warm, hospitable vibe and for creating a community that cherishes a festival like Festival Mozaic.
