While flipping channels recently, I came across a horrible movie called “John Wick.”
One could ask why I continued watching it, but I hoped there would be some redeeming quality. In the film the main character shot 84 people, half at close range, without showing any remorse. In the end, John Wick goes home with a puppy he takes from a kennel. Perhaps that’s the redeeming part.
The irony of this film and others like it is that Hollywood actors campaign against citizen-owned firearms and the Second Amendment while making films like “John Wick” that glorify guns and the shooting of as many people as possible. I guess money comes before conscience in Hollywood.
