Arroyo Grande City Council. Meets Tuesday. 473-5400. Presentations by Phillips 66, Union Pacific Railroad and Mesa Refinery Watch group regarding the Santa Maria Refinery Rail Project. Consideration of governor’s statewide mandatory water use restrictions and potential impacts on Arroyo Grande.

Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Add a Peoples’ Self-Help Housing subdivision at Atascadero and Navajoa avenues into the Community Facilities District to fund expansion of police, fire and park services in that neighborhood; appoint a lodging representative to the San Luis Obispo County Tourism Marketing District board of directors.

Consider resident’s request for a 45-day building moratorium, which the city staff recommends denying; whether to form a 12-member general plan/local coastal program advisory committee; two public hearings to levy annual assessments for two districts — Cloisters Park and open space landscaping and lighting maintenance district, and the North Point Natural Area landscaping and lighting district.

a new wireless communication facility for Verizon Wireless at 1770 Commerce Way as a 65-foot tall pole that looks like a eucalyptus tree; install a new wireless communication facility for Verizon Wireless at 739 12th St. on the roof of the building; discuss how the March 10 housing recommendations will be presented at a future City Council meeting.



Pismo Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 773-4658. Public hearing on application for Coastal Development Permit, Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map for demolition of existing buildings at 341 Stimson Ave., and construction of four condominium units at site.



San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. 781-5450. Presentation of the 2014 annual agricultural statistics for the county; hearing to consider a regulation limiting the exportation of groundwater.
