The Planning Commission’s regular meeting will resume following the workshop to defer Brett Van Steenwyk’s and Debbie Lorenz’s two-phase hotel, parking structure and performing arts center proposal, the Pine Street Promenade at 10th and Pine streets, to its Aug. 12 meeting.

Pismo Beach City Council.
