Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Presentation and overview of Blades on Ice temporary ice rink; multiple requests from industrial property owners and business tenants for zoning changes to allow indoor recreation uses such as gyms in buildings along Traffic Way; countywide Greenhouse Gas Reduction Planning and Local Climate Action Plan.
