Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Oaths of office for newly elected Mayor Tom O’Malley and council members Roberta Fonzi and Bob Kelley; presentation to outgoing Councilman Jerry Clay; options for filling the remaining two years on O’Malley’s empty council seat, including a potential special election; nominations from the council members on whom to appoint as mayor pro tem.
