Consider coastal development permits for two seawall projects in Shell Beach that were completed about two weeks ago, including a seawall at Ocean Boulevard between Wawona and Capistrano avenues and another at Vista del Mar and Ocean Boulevard.
Templeton Community Services District. Meets Tuesday. 434-4900. Request from Templeton Community Library Association for two water and sewer units and for a waiver of water meter and sewer connection fees, fire department impact fees, capital facilities user fees, park facilities fees and drainage fees; review and possibly authorize general manager to enter into an agreement with agencies located in the Paso Robles Groundwater Basin to prepare a plan to manage salts and nutrients in the basin.
