Continuation of hearing regarding changes to Dana Adobe; application for $256,000 in federal grants under the Homeland Security Act; letter to state regarding seismic studies near the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant; new process to distribute off-highway vehicle in-lieu fees.

County Planning Commission. Meets 9 a.m. Thursday. County government building, 1055 Monterey St., San Luis Obispo. Continued hearing on expansion of Cold Canyon landfill.

Grover Beach City Council. Meets Monday. 473-4567. Consider update of the city’s land-use laws to conform with the city’s general plan, its blueprint for growth; adopt a payment schedule of remaining obligations for the now-dissolved Grover Beach Improvement Agency.

Nipomo Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 929-1133. Update on district staff’s progress to develop a budget and schedule to possibly construct a pipeline to Nipomo from Santa Maria in phases that would bring supplemental water to the community.

Paso Robles City Council. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888.
