Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Review annual special taxes for certain neighborhoods that pay to fund their own roads, drainage, maintenance, landscape and lighting; authorize city employees’ new two-tiered retirement contracts; establish the city’s annual spending limit for fiscal year 2012-2013; purchase new sewer equipment for about $395,500.
