Vote on the city’s 2010 Urban Water Management Plan, which if approved would be sent to the state Department of Water Resources; resolutions regarding dissolution of the Arroyo Grande Redevelopment Agency; expected appointment of Councilman Tim Brown as the mayor pro tem for a one-year term.

Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Recommendations for disbursing $170,000 in federal grant money, occupancy permit for a residential care center at 9525 Gallina Court; recommendations for $170,000 in federal grant funding; establishment of a successor agency after the city’s Redevelopment Agency is dissolved.

Lucia Mar Unified School District Board of Education. Meets Tuesday. 474-3000. Report on phasing in new kindergarten entry date over three years; agreement between district and New Tech Network, the organization that helps public high schools start the New Tech High model.

Morro Bay City Council. Meets Tuesday. 772-6200. Hear a request by the Morro Bay Harbor Festival to waive its annual city services fee of $7,946.47; expected appointments of Jamie Boucher as city clerk and Councilwoman Nancy Johnson as vice mayor for 2012.

Review draft letter to property owners within proposed tax district that would fund water pipeline project from Santa Maria to Nipomo; authorize application for federal loan to assist Woodlands Mutual Water Co. in paying for its share of the pipeline.
