Arroyo Grande Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 473-5420. Public hearings for proposed development at East Grand Avenue and North Courtland Street. Commissioners will consider land-use law changes needed for the development to proceed; an application from NKT Commercial to subdivide 4.47 acres into four parcels and construct four commercial buildings of 5,800, 6,767, 6,700 and 36,100 square feet; and an application from People’s Self-Help Housing to build a 36-unit apartment complex on the remaining 1.63 acres.

Atascadero Unified School District Board of Trustees. Meets Tuesday. 462-4200. Selection of a new board president and clerk; selection of various district representatives to other agencies; issues related to the $117 million school renovation bond measure and property tax approved by voters in November.

Cuesta College Board of Trustees. Meets Wednesday. Selection of board president and other officers, proposed increase of parking-violation penalties.
