Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Moving forward on the Atascadero Martin Polin Regional Library expansion project.

Morro Bay City Council. Meets tonight. 772-6261. Discussion about the visitors center, including financial review and funding from the Business Improvement District, which collects a tax on hotel receipts to fund tourism promotion; creation of a facility repair fund from the sale of 714 Market St.; request for proposals for operation and management of Morro Bay Transit and Trolley.

Oceano Community Services District Board of Directors. Meets Wednesday. 481-6730. Offer of dedication of 19th Street properties to the county; discuss selling water to Arroyo Grande and Nipomo; procedure to fill board vacancy left by board President Vern Dahl, who was elected last week to the Lucia Mar school board.
