Morro Bay High School sends 175 graduates into the world

Morro Bay High School had 175 students graduate Thursday. Also honored was this year’s valedictorian, Alexander Janzen, and salutatorian, Kay Schwennicke.

Members from the Class of 2014 were accepted to a number of schools throughout California and beyond, including Colorado State, Colorado School of the Mines, University of Washington, Boston University, Portland State and Arizona State. One student was also accepted to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
