A San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office K-9 officer found a stash of heroin valued at about $30,000 concealed in a red 1996 Ford Bronco in Oceano on Tuesday afternoon.

An anonymous tip led to the discovery of about 230 grams of heroin hidden in a compartment of the Bronco parked in the 2700 block of Cienaga Street, a Sheriff's Office news release said.

The Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit is investigating to find the owner of the car and the narcotics.
