UPDATE 5 p.m.: Cesar Rosales, 22, of Washington state has been taken into custody by the San Luis Obispo Police Department as a suspect in a shooting Saturday morning.
A news release said that San Luis Obispo police responded to reports of gunshots at about 11:20 a.m. in the 500 block of Bluerock Drive, not on Stoneridge Drive as stated earlier in the day. Callers also said they saw a male suspect with a rifle immediately after hearing the shots.
